Keagans Nursery--he will be coming home to on Friday! Heather and Kevin did a great job!The wall letters Heather and Kevin made for lil man!I think he has enough clothes to last him a lifetime! ha--He will have a new outfit everday! :) Love it!

Nursery Update

Mom painted the Nursery last week- we have two pink walls and two orange walls and the Closet is PINK! It looks SO good she did a great job. Now we are just trying to figure out where to put the cribs! Its such a difficult task! ha- I am so ready to start decorating the nursery! I finished painting their wall names and then decided that i did not like the yellow so mom and i sanded them down and painted them pink and orange now I am almost done with them so I can hang them up! Heather gave me the cutest diaper bag for Christmas with the girls name on it. I am in love with it already--i secretly want to start carrying it around!:)

We go back to the doctor tom. to see our High Rish doctor for an ultra sound! I am VERY excited it has been 4 weeks since I have been so I am getting a lil anxious! Then on Friday we go and see our regular OB Dr. Royal.

The girls move like crazy now. I get kicks under my ribs and then all the way at the bottom of my stomach! I guess thats because their is two of them!

6 month Check up - Perinatal Visit!!!!

Well we went to see the high Risk Doctor today, and it went EXCELLENT! Both of our girls are gowing at a good rate and are where they need to be at this point! Lillianah weighs 1 pound and 6oz and is measuring at about 24 weeks and 2 days. Zoey grace weighs 1 pound and 5oz and is measuring at about 23 weeks and 4 days! We want them to stay at about the same weight! so it was alllllll good news today! I go back to the perinatal doctor in 4 weeks and then I will be at my third Tri-mester! Its crazy how fast it has started to go by! I go see my regular OB doctor tommorow afternoon! I will get measured then! Ha the girls were today and now its my turn tommrow---I dont know if I really want to step on that scale! ha awww! But its ok I know its for my girls and that means they are growing if I am growing!!:) Other than not really being able to sleep at night and my back hurting everything is great with the pregnancy! :)
Keagan UPDATE- Heather is going to the Hospital next week on the 12th and then is getting induced the morning of the 13th so Keagan Thomas will be soon entering this world and gracing us with his prescence! Lonnie and I both cant wait to be an aunt and uncle! We are SUPER stoked!

Some Nursery Items

This is the Diaper bag heather got me for christmas! This was my favorite gift--I am super excited about it! Lonnie already told me he was not carrying it because he needed a "masculine one" ha we will see when he has two baby girls!

These are the wall letters that I painted for the girls- Zoeys name is done too but not exactly sure where her crib is going to go so we can not hang her name yet! We just hung lillianahs today!! I LOVE THEM!! Anyone want some made and I will be glad tooooo make them! :)

Two Peas in One Pod

This morning was an amazing feeling- The elbows, or knees, or feet or Hands get stronger everyday of kicking me. My little cheerleaders in there are so strong. But usually I will feel like one kick in one spot then a little while later feel another. This morning I got 4 hits back to back all in different spots of my stomach! Don’t know what is going on in there Who knows what or who was moving around!  But got to love that feeling!!




Everyone loves to Rub my belly, I think its just natural when people see something not ordinary sticking out of your body feel the need to rub on it- ha! I don’t mind though—if I did I can’t imagine what people would think of me, since so many people like to touch it! Especially my cheerleaders, they are constantly at practice wanting to touch my stomach and asking if they are kicking or can they feel them move! Its cute!



12 Things I have learned so far about being pregnant at this point…



1. In the first Trimester—MORNING sickness is the worst- don’t let anyone tell you any different. But don’t be stubborn and not take the medicine the doctor prescribes you because it will do wonders for feeling nauseous! I think I spent weeks 10-14 holed up in the bathroom battling morning sickness! I don’t like taking medicine and decided against it then finally after a couple weeks of getting sick all the time I gave in and took it and it I SWARE is a miracle drug

2. Being pregnant is a wonderful feeling, especially once you get over the awkward stage of people looking at you wondering---is she gaining weight or is she Prego. Then once you “POP” it’s a whole new world! 

3. Friend’s advice that have already been pregnant is better than any book- but first hands experience is the best because you actually can feel what you are going through.

4. Apologize to your husband, fiancé, boyfriend now, because he is about to go down a road with you where moodiness comes as often as I pee, which is a lot! (you don't have to apolagize but just give a warning!)

5. The first time you feel your baby move or in my case babies move its amazing although the first time I started feeling fluttery things—I couldn’t decide if it was gas, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, or if it was really them moving!:) But it was because then I started feeling flutters all the time!

6. You're guaranteed to be the life of the party. The entire world loves a pregnant woman, so, for the next nine months at least, you're likely to be the center of attention wherever you go. Or at least want to Rub your belly! Haha 

7. The first “real kick” is awesome, just to know my babies are right there with me! The first time Lonnie felt them kick---loved it! He now can experience pregnancy with me—because so far all he had experienced was me complaining bout feeling sick—or my back hurting—etc. now its real

8. You've got the perfect excuse to pamper yourself. Back Rubs, or a nice warm bath , AMAZING, take em’ when you can or don’t refuse one when offered!

9. Its ok that your stomach will start to look like a bowling ball under your shirt or a basketball---I can now no longer see my feet! It happens—to all of us—

10. NAMES-NAMES – NAMES—name your children what you wish! Don’t listen to anyone  Lillianah Rae and Zoey Grace—

Lilli—I have always liked the name lilli

Anah—has always been something different that I liked

So we put them together and came up with lillianah.

Zoey was just something different that Lonnie and I both loved.

Rae is my dad, brothers, and grandfathers name, and of course my Jessica Rae too, one of my best friends:

Grace was just a middle name we both fell in love with and it also is my great – grandmother’s first name and one of my little cheerleaders Miss Gracie Cole!



11. Maternity jeans are cute and stylish and are VERY COMFY. Plus being pregnant you now have an excuse to buy new clothes

12. You can up your food intake without worrying about getting stuck with some permanent souvenirs on your hips and thighs.



We love our girls already and they have not even graced us with their presence yet! Which will be on or around April 28th, the longer they are in my belly the healthier they will be! Praying for a long, wonderful exciting journey on the second half of our pregnancy!

5 month Check up!

Well I went to the doctor yesterday for my 20 week appt check up at the perinatal Center. I can’t even begin to describe the feeling of looking at the screen and knowing that those are our daughters, its an amazing feeling. They are both growing and healthy. Lillianah weighs 13 oz and Zoey weighs 10 oz. so they both have gained weight since our last appointment! Which is great! We want them to both gain weight and keep gaining it together and about the same amount!


It was actually really funny because it’s dark in their and we were there for so long we were a lil sleepy. Lonnie kept yawning, I told him to stop or he was going to make me yawn, which in return I did. Then we are looking at the screen and lillianah yawned. We all laughed, thought it was funny! I GUESS yawing really is contagious, even when they are still in my belly!

We also got to get 3-D pictures! They were really neat to see that machines can actually show you what your babies look like as of now! Lonnie thinks they are little scary looking but the doc said that as they get bigger they start to look more and more like real babies! I don’t have the pics with me today but I will post them this weekend! They are SUPER cute!

The ultra sound Tech kept saying how strong the girls are because she can feel them moving. She looked at me and said “ I wonder what you are feeling if I can feel them that much!” I love when they move because it reminds me that I am never alone there are two baby girls always with me

I wish Lonnie could partake in the experience of how it feels, but that’s why I love going to the doctor just to see him looking at the screen I can feel the love coming from his eyes knowing that those are our girls.

We go back to my OB doctor January 7th for a check up and we go back to the perinatal doctor in about 4 weeks as well for another Ultra sound screening!

Update: Heather went to the doctor this week too and baby Keagan is healthy, growing and doing wonderful and will make his début in about 4 weeks!1

Daddy felt the first kick!

Well its official! Lonnie felt the his first KICK last night--the way they are positioned right now Lillianah is head down so she kicks me near the top and zoey is head up so her feet kick me near the bottom of my stomach! So if we are correct then he felt Zoey kick! YAY--only more to come...

New Doctor Visit!

Went to see a new Doctor today and had a check up! I am so happy with her she is great! Had a check up heard the heart beats and got my belly measured! I have gained 6 ppounds since my last visit! Things are going well! Lonnie got to meet the doctor today too and he likes her as well! Go next week to my perinatal doctor for Ultra Sound and will post some Pics of the girls then! :)
My sister had a check up today too! Everything is going good and Keagan weighs 4 Pounds and 15oz! He is growing! :) Very Exciting!!!

Moving Around..

The Girls have been active these past two days! I know its nothing major but it just feels like I have butterflies in my stomach. Just little flutters, hard to explain it, but its an amazing feeling! Cant wait til' they start kicking all the time and Lonnie can feel it too!
